Privacy Policy

Your quiz answers. Which options you selected about what you are struggling with, how long it has been going on, and what you want. These are fixed choices, not free text.

Your name and WhatsApp number. Required, because a person has to be able to reply to you. Without a working number the service cannot be delivered at all.

Payment records. A transaction reference and amount. Card and bank details are handled entirely by our payment provider, Easebuzz — they are never sent to or stored on our servers.

Basic technical data. Browser type, approximate IP, and advertising cookies where present, used to measure whether our ads work.

Your quiz answers and contact details exist for one reason: so that Tanu Agarwal can read your situation before replying, instead of starting from nothing. They are used to deliver the coaching you paid for, and to handle support or refund requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not publish, screenshot, or share your conversations. We do not use what you tell us in advertising, testimonials, or examples. Nothing you share is shown to anyone other than Tanu Agarwal, except where we are legally required to disclose it.

Quiz answers and contact details are kept for the 30-day coaching period and for a reasonable time afterwards to handle any follow-up or dispute. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask us to delete your quiz answers and contact details at any time by emailing support@tanuagarwal.in. We will do so, other than payment records we are legally obliged to retain. Deletion ends the coaching, since there is then no way to reach you.

We use Easebuzz for payments, Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting, and Meta for advertising measurement. Each processes data under its own policy. WhatsApp is used for the coaching conversation itself and is operated by Meta.

This service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and it will be deleted.
